                            JUDGMENT

Per Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J. :

1. Heard Mr. Jai Shankar Tiwary, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 16-08-2018 (decree signed on 28-08-2018) passed in Original Suit No. 238/2013 by Sri Brajesh Kumar Gautam, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi by which the suit preferred by the appellant under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage

Act, 1955 has been dissolved.

3. Since we have allowed the appeal preferred by the husband Alok Kumar in First Appeal No. 344 of 2018 and have dissolved the marriage between the appellant and the respondent, nothing remains in the present appeal which accordingly stands disposed of.
