03/ 30.07.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the

State.

2. This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending her arrest for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in connection with Complaint Case No.1551 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Koderma.

3. This is a case relates to sale and purchase of the land.

4. Admittedly, the case arises out of a complaint, thus there is no apprehension of the petitioner being arrested as cognizance has already been taken in this case.

5. Since this is a case where the petitioner has been summoned after cognizance, the petitioner should appear and, on his appearance, the appropriate order will be passed in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
