1. Since the Hon'ble Supreme Court is already seized of the

matter with regard to not only the main judgment but has also taken

note of the instant Contempt proceedings which have been ordered to

be stayed, we are of the considered view that the rights of the parties

would now ultimately be governed by the determination to be made by

the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In this view of the matter, these Contempt Petitions stand

disposed of at this stage.
