1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the judgment

dated 04.02.2019 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Additional

Family Court, Dhanbad in Original Maintenance Case No. 223 of 2018.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has

received no instruction from the petitioner since 2019 and the opposite

party has also not appeared despite the notice being served. In absence of

instruction, he is not in a position to assist this Court.

Under the circumstance, this criminal revision petition is dismissed

for non-prosecution.
