This criminal revision is against the judgment dated 09.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jamtara in criminal appeal no.51 of 2018 which has been dismissed and the order of conviction dated 23.06.2018 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate and members of Juvenile Justice Board, Jamtara in G.R. Case No.402 of 2015 arising out of Jamtara P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, enquiry no.13/2018 was affirmed wherein the learned JJ Board while convicting the petitioner has punished to be detained in observation for three years.

4. Office is directed to call for the scanned copy of the lower court records from the JJ Board concerned and learned appellate court as well.
