I.A. No.9201 of 2023 This interlocutory application has been filed by the appellant under Section 389(1) of Cr.P.C. for grant of provisional bail for a period of 30 days.

2. Mr. Kaushal Kishore Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. Accordingly, this I.A. No.9201 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. It has been submitted that the instant case was running under the heading for 'final hearing', but thereafter the case was not on Board.

5. Considering the submission made on behalf of the appellant as also taking into consideration the fact that the matter is of the year 2017, running under the Heading for final hearing, therefore, Office is directed to list this case under the heading 'For Hearing' along with the other criminal appeals filed challenging the common judgment of conviction on behalf of the other co-convict.

6. It has been submitted that the paper book to the learned counsel for the respective parties have already been supplied.
