2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 66/2022 for the offences registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Abhijeet Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih.

3. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. Deceased was married with Pawan Rana. She died in unnatural circumstances within seven years of her marriage.

4. Supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record, the judgment passed in Sessions Trial No. 188/2023 in which husband of the deceased Pawan Rana faced trial. From perusal of the aforesaid judgment , it appears that all the witnesses had turned hostile and husband of the deceased Pawan Rana was acquitted of the charges.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on their surrender, shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhijeet Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 66/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
