10/ 28.07.2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner is an accused for allegedly committing an offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Borio Police Station Case No.262 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.249 of 2021, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Sahibganj.
During course of argument, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that all the witnesses have been examined by the Trial Court and none remains to be examined.
Considering the said submission, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner, abovenamed, in connection with Borio Police Station Case No.262 of 2021, corresponding to Sessions Trial No.249 of 2021, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Sahibganj is rejected.
