Order No.12 Dated- 28.09.2022 Heard the parties.

Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 17.02.2022 the certified copy of Judgment and decree under appeal of Title Appeal No. 06 of 2003 was sent to the Principal District Judge, Sahibganj for making necessary correction but the said certified copies have not been received as yet.

Call for an explanation from the Principal District Judge, Sahibganj as to why, the certified copy of the Judgment and Decree of Title Appeal No. 06 of 2003 has not been returned to this Court as yet, with a direction to transmit the same forthwith.

Further, the Civil Judge (Sr. Division) -I, Rajmahal is directed to transmit the entire case record of Title Suit No. 15 of 1991 to this Court forthwith.

Also call for the case records of Title Appeal No. 06 of 2003 from the Court of District Judge-I, Rajmahal.

List this appeal under the heading "for Admission" after sixteen weeks as the last chance.
