2. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that as per the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, only the deed of 1979 is required to be examined. However, counsel for the appellant submits that all the deeds are required to be examined. He submits that the sale deed dated 30.11.1977 is required to be considered, and so far as sale deed dated 19.01.1978 is concerned, he does not want to press the same. The learned counsel for the appellants has sought adjournment to file a detailed synopsis in connection with the various parameters which have been directed to be examined in terms of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. The counsel for the respondents shall also do the needful.

4. At the request of learned counsel for the appellants, post these cases on 11.10.2022.
