1. The present acquittal appeal has been filed on 06.08.2021 but it is still under defect.

2. The present case has been filed against the judgment dated 18.12.2019 passed in RC Case No.09(A)/2006/CBI/AHD-R by the learned A.J.C.- XVIII-cum-Special Judge CBI (Other than AHD), Ranchi.

3. As a last chance, six weeks' time is granted to remove the surviving defects as pointed out by the office failing which the present acquittal appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
