07/20.09.2022:           This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 30.06.2017 passed

by J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad in C.P. Case No.788 of 2013 (T.R. No.632 of 2017).

In spite of time granted vide last order dated 08.02.2022, defects have not been removed till date.

Accordingly, this appeal is hereby, dismissed. However, the appellant is at liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.
