04/20.09.2022: This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 06.06.2022 passed by A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat in C.P. Case No.352 of 2010 (T.R. No.749 of 2022).

In view of the order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with a liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Counsel for the State has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
