06/20.09.2022:          This appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated

16.07.2019 passed by J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad in Complaint Case No.445 of 2012 (T.R. No.366 of 2019).

The appeal has been filed on 16.09.2019 but still defects have not been removed and the case has not been dismissed due to Covid-19 situation.

Today also, nobody appears on behalf of the appellant. Learned A.P.P. is present.

This appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the appellant is at liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum.
