different provision of IPC and also the judgment passed in

the case of State of Maharashtra Versus Rajendra

Jawanmal Gandhi reported in (1997) 8 SCC 386. He

further referred to the order passed in Cr. Rev. NO. 1102 of

2005; wherein this court directed the registry to register the

suo motu criminal revision against the judgment passed by

the learned Session Judge.

At the request of learned counsel for the APP, let this

case be posted on 13.01.2023.
