2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that present case is squarely covered against the petitioners by virtue of judgment dated 06.06.2022 passed in W.P.(S). No.1618 of 2019 wherein similar relief has been denied by this Court. Learned counsel submits that even in L.P.A. No.649 of 2017 decided on 28.02.2019 similar claim was rejected. He has also relied upon another judgment passed by Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No.421 of 2017 decided on 14.11.2017. The said judgments have been annexed along with the counter-affidavit to which no rejoinder as such has been filed.

3. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be posted on next Wednesday so that he may go through the various judgments relied upon by the respondents.

4. Post this case on 30.11.2022 in the supplementary cause list under the same heading. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted on that day.
