The report called for has been received from the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad by which it appears that the concerned case pending in the court below in connection with Rajganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2008 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2572 of 2008 has been disposed of vide judgment dated 02.03.2022 and as such the Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed. The explanation received from the concerned P.O. of the court below is accepted.
