In the meantime, the learned Trial Court is directed to send a comprehensive report as to what steps have been taken by the learned Court below in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299 and also about the present status of this case The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned District and Sessions Judge, Saraikella Kharsawan shall ensure that the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court should send the report accordingly.
