10/11.11.2022 L.P.A. No. 445 of 2019 having been dismissed on 25.08.2022, opposite party no.2 says in his show cause dated 19.10.2022 that they have decided to move the Apex Court for filing special leave petition. Therefore, he has prayed for further time through I.A. No. 9619 of 2022.
4 weeks' time has already elapsed since filing of I.A. No. 9619 of 2022 on 14.10.2022. The judgment in L.P.A. was rendered on 25.08.2022, that means more than 2 ½ months ago. Still the order under offence has not been complied nor interim relief has been obtained by the concerned opposite parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without there being any interim protection in their favour, the opposite parties are sitting over the direction passed by the Writ Court on 14.12.2018 i.e., about 4 years back.
Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the prayer made by opposite party P.C.C.F, Jharkhand, matter is adjourned to 02.12.2022 to ensure compliance of the order or to obtain interim stay on the direction of the Writ Court. I.A. No. 9619 of 2022 is disposed of.
