2. The instant criminal revision application is directed
against the judgment dated 25th May 2009, passed by learned
Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad, whereby the M.P. Case No.
127 of 2007 filed by the opposite party no.2 has been allowed ex parte
under Section 125 Cr. P.C. and the petitioner was directed to pay a
sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) per month to the O.P. No.2-Nutan
Sharma as maintenance since the date of filing of the application
dated 24.04.2007.
3. Mr. Jai Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that as per his instruction the petitioner was regularly paying
maintenance to the O.P. No.2 till March, 2022. Thereafter, the O.P.
No.2 got married with somebody; thereafter, he stopped paying the
maintenance, as such, upon instruction, learned counsel for the
petitioner does not want to press this application.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant
application is disposed of as not pressed.
