State of West Bengal and Others reported in (2008) 14 SCC 589, Paras-13 & 14, and (3) SAIL Vs. National Union Waterfront Workers, reported in (2001) 7 SCC 1, Para-79, 81, 120 and 125.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this matter has been listed after a long time, as such, this case may be adjourned to be listed in next week.
