Learned counsel for the respondents / SAIL, Mr. Vijay Kant Dubey has submitted that review petition preferred by the SAIL is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench, but the same has no bearing upon this case in view of recent judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court passed in the case of Steel Authority of India Ltd. Vs. Raghbendra Singh & Others passed in Special Leave to Appeal(c) No(s). 11025/2020 and as long as this judgment is applicable, no relief can be provided to the petitioner.
