2. During the course of hearing, it transpired that the special leave petition against the judgment dated 05.04.2019 in Arbitration Appeal No. 4 of 2006 has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court a reference to which has been made in paragraph No. 3 (h) of the review petition but the said order has not been annexed along with this petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the next date of hearing.

4. Post this case on 22.07.2022.
