The instant Second Appeal has been preferred against the concurrent findings of both the courts below i.e. against the judgment dated 31.08.2016 and decree signed on dated 09.09.2016, passed by learned District Judge-V, Deoghar in Title Appeal No.34 of 2008, whereby the judgment dated 09.09.2008 and decree signed on dated 22.09.2008 passed by learned Sub-Ordinate Judge-VII, Deoghar, in Title (D) Suit No.116 of 1998 has been affirmed.

From perusal of the office note it appears that court fee paid is short by Rs.230/-.

Learned counsel for the appellants has prayed for two weeks time to deposit deficit court fee of Rs.230/-.

Considering the same, two weeks' time is granted to deposit deficit court fee of Rs.230/-, failing which, this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench, as the appeal is of the year, 2016.
