01. As per report of the Registry, notices issued for the service of the

petitioners and respondents No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 11 have not been

received back served or otherwise. However, none has turned up despite

expiry of statutory period. It appears that petitioners are not interested in

further prosecution of the case.

02. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with

connected application(s).

03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
