1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to marital discord between the petitioner No. 1 and the complainant who happens to be his wife, the FIR impugned was lodged by her not only against petitioner No. 1 but also against her brother-in-law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the marital discord has been settled between the petitioner No. 1 and respondent No. 2 and, as such, requests that petitioner No. 1 shall ensure the presence of respondent No. 2 before the Court on the next date of hearing.
3. It is made clear that in the event, the petitioner No. 1 does not produce the respondent No. 2 then appropriate orders shall follow.
