01. By this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, petitioners

herein, have challenged FIR No. 53/2023 of Police Station,

Tral, under Section 420, 120-B of IPC as also the order dated

17.06.2025, passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Tral,

whereby the charge has been framed against the petitioners.
