1. After going through the record, it appears that there is an element of amicable settlement between the parties with regard to the dispute raised in the instant petition.
2. National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) has initiated a special drive for amicable settlement of cases through mediation under the campaign "Mediation for the Nation 2.0". As such, the instant matter is referred for amicable settlement through mediation to the Coordinator, Mediation Centre, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Jammu, for taking necessary steps towards its expected settlement through mediation.
3. Parties are directed, through their counsel, to participate in the mediation on the date to be fixed.
4. Registrar Judicial is directed to take necessary steps to ensure the appearance of the parties before the Mediator.
