ORDER
(03.02.2026)
WP(C) No. 2706/2022
01. None for the petitioners.
02. On the last date of hearing also, nobody had appeared on
behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have lost
interest in prosecuting the present writ petition. Accordingly, the
same is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected
application(s).
03. The present petition has been filed seeking
implementation of interim order dated 16.12.2022, whereby the
c/w
respondents were directed to accord consideration to the release of
pending wages of the petitioners.
04. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that wages,
due to the petitioners, have already been released in their favour. In
any case, since the main writ petition stands dismissed for non-
prosecution, as such, interim order dated 16.12.2022 stands
vacated. Thus, contempt proceedings do not survive and are closed
accordingly.
05. Disposed of.
