01. This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking

impleadment of present incumbents, namely, Sh. Saurabh Bhagat

(IAS) and Mrs. Rifat Kohli (JKAS) as respondents/contemnors in

place of previous incumbents, namely, Dr. Abdul Rashid and Mr.

Amit Sharma.

02. The application, for the reasons stated therein, is

allowed.

03. Sh. Saurabh Bhagat (IAS) and Mrs. Rifat Kohli (JKAS) are

substituted as respondents/contemnors in place of Dr. Abdul

Rashid and Mr. Amit Sharma respectively.

04. Notice be issued to the newly substituted

respondents/contemnors.

05. Mr. Surya Dev Singh, learned Advocate appearing vice

Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, learned Govt. Advocate accepts notice on behalf

of newly substituted respondents/contemnors.

06. Application stands disposed of.

07. Statement of facts/compliance report be filed by the

newly substituted respondents/contemnors by next date of hearing.
