1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has failed to place on

record any relevant document with respect to the date of birth of

petitioner No. 2.

2. Petitioner No. 2 shall appear before the Medical Board for the

purpose of age determination on 05.02.2026.

3. The Medical Board is directed to conduct the age determination of

petitioner No. 2 and submit its report before this Court within a

period of two weeks from the date of appearance of petitioner No. 2

before the Board.

4. List the matter on 27.02.2026.
