01. Two connected writ petitions- WP(C) No. 230/2020 and

WP(C) No. 1120/2021 came to be disposed of by a

common order dated 03.11.2025, purportedly by reference

to the situation that the controversy involved in the two

writ petitions was squarely covered by the judgment

rendered in a bunch of writ petitions with the lead case-

WP(C) No. 708/2023, relatable to the academic

arrangement based engagement of lecturers in Educational

Institutions.

02. Order dated 03.11.2025 has left the respondents of the

said two writ petitions- WP(C) No. 230/2020 and WP(C)

No. 1120/2021 aggrieved prompting them to come

forward with the present review petition.

03. Issue notice to the three respondents as named in the

review petition.

04. Petitioners to furnish registered postal covers within a

period of seven days, bearing full residential particulars of

all the three respondents so that the registered postal

letters containing the notices are properly addressed for

the purpose of effecting service and are not returned back

for want of residential particulars of the respondents.

05. List on 23rd February, 2026.

06. The Registry is directed to tag the records of two writ

petitions- WP(C) No. 230/2020 and WP(C) No.

1120/2021 with the present review petition.
