01. Learned senior counsel has produced the order No. 85 JKPCC of 2026

dated 31.01.2026, whereby, in compliance to the directions passed by

this Court on 14.01.2026, order No. 585 JKPCC of 2025 dated

29.12.2025, impugned in the writ petition, has been withdrawn with

immediate effect by the respondents. The order dated 31.01.2026, is

taken on record.

02. Learned senior counsel submits that in terms of order dated

31.01.2026, the grievance of the petitioner has been settled.

03. In view of statement made by learned senior counsel appearing for the

petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of as settled.
