01. This application has been moved by the petitioners for the correction of a
typographical error, in judgment dated 26.08.2025, passed by this Court in
CRM(M) No. 667/2023. The aforesaid judgment came to be disposed of with the
consent of learned counsel for the respondent that he had no objection to the
petition and to quashment of the impugned order. However, a typographical error
crept in the said judgment that impugned order is upheld.
02. In view of the above, the present application is allowed by providing that
the impugned Order dated 27.07.2023, passed by learned Principal Sessions
Judge, Jammu, in CRM(M) No. 667/2023 be read as "quashed".
03. Disposed of.
