In terms of order dated 30.08.2025, learned counsel for the
respondents has submitted that the Division Bench of this Court had
permitted them to move an application before the learned Single Judge
seeking review/modification of the order. However, no such application
has been filed till date. Furthermore, in terms of order dated 02.04.2025
passed by this Court in this petition, respondents were directed to file a
compliance report indicating compliance of the judgment in letter and
spirit, which has also not been done so far.
Let respondents remain present on the next date of hearing to show
cause as to why he has disobeyed the orders of the Court.
