CPSW No. 30/2015 in
SWP No. 2582/2013
Davinder Singh .....Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s)
Through: None.
Vs

Through: Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG.
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER
(13.10.2025)
01. Record reveals that the instant contempt petition has been preferred
against the order/judgment dated 29.11.2013 passed in SWP No.
2582/2013, in which four weeks' notice was issued for filing of statement
of facts as well as compliance report way back on 26.02.2015.
02. Today, the instant contempt petition has come up before this Court after
10 years and during this intervening period no efforts have been made by
the petitioner to get the instant petition listed. Even today, there is no
representation on behalf of the petitioner perhaps for the reason that
order/judgment stands complied with.
03. In the aforesaid backdrop, no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this
contempt petition alive. Accordingly, proceedings in the instant contempt
petition are closed. Rule if any shall stand discharged.
