Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly

submits that the issue which has been projected in the instant petition is

covered by the judgment passed by this Court in WP(C) No.2472/2022 in case

titled 'M/S Saint Soldier Engineer Vs. U T of J&K and Ors.' and accordingly

he prays that the instant petition be disposed of on the same terms. However,

copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel for the respondents,

who would like to go through the same, with a view to render effective

assistance.
