HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE

                                        ORDER

02.05.2025

1. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 195 days in

filing the review petition.

2. For reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. delay in

filing the review petition is condoned.

3. CM stands disposed of

4. Review petition is taken on board.

1 Through the medium of present petition, the petitioners are seeking

review of judgment dated 07.06.2024 passed in WP(C) No.

2123/2022, whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioners was

dismissed and the petitioners were granted liberty to challenge their

disengagement order, if they intended to do so.

2 We have examined the grounds of the review petition as delineated in

paragraph 11(A) to 11(I) and we find that the appeal has been

camouflaged as the review because the sole grievance of the

petitioners is that this Court has not rightly appreciated the factual as

well as legal aspects of the case.

3 If that is the case, the petitioners have a remedy of assailing the

judgment by resorting to the remedy as available under law but the

petitioners cannot seek review of the judgment dated 07.06.2024,

particularly when they have not been able to demonstrate before this

Court any error apparent on the face of record, warranting review by

this Court.

4 Accordingly, we do not find any merit in the present review petition,

as such, the same is dismissed.

                                                       JUDGE JUDGE
