1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition calling in question the order

dated 06.02.2025 passed by the learned Financial Commissioner

(Revenue) J&K / Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms, J&K wherein a

finding has been recorded that the Additional Deputy Commissioner has

rightly held that the petitioner was present at the time of attestation of the

mutation and has properly dealt with the matter as required under law and,

in the aforesaid backdrop, the revision petition preferred by the petitioner

was dismissed being devoid of any merit and the order passed by the

Additional Deputy Commissioner was upheld.

2. It is a specific case of the petitioner that the finding recorded by the learned

Financial Commissioner in the Order/Judgment dated 06.02.2025, which

is impugned in the present petition, is contrary to the record.

3. With a view to proceed further in the matter, this Court deems it proper to direct the Registry to summon the scanned record from the Court of

Financial Commissioner (Revenue) J&K / Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms, J&K in File No. 794/FC-AP decided on 06.02.2025 and also the

order dated 24.03.2021 which was impugned before the learned Financial

Commissioner (Revenue) J&K / Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms, J&K

passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.

4. Let the record from the Court of Additional Deputy Commissioner Anantnag and Financial Commissioner (Revenue) J&K / Commissioner,

Agrarian Reforms, J&K be summoned by the Registry of this Court

expeditiously.

5. List this matter on 16.05.2025.
