CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE
                         ORDER

(13.05.2025)

01. The writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 1673/2020 filed by the

petitioner came to be disposed of on merits by the writ

court in terms of judgment dated 11.11.2024 with a writ

direction onto the writ respondents to release an amount

of Rs. 62,52,246/-, along with interest at the rate of 6%

per annum from the date of filing of writ petition till

actual payment of the amount in reference.

02. The needful direction was to be complied within a period

of three months from the date of passing of judgment

dated 11.11.2024.

03. The petitioner has come forward with the present

contempt petition thereby naming six respondents as

contemnors asserting that the direction of the writ court

has gone begging compliance at the end of the

contemnors.

04. From the perusal of the file, it seems that the petitioner

has not taken the trouble of fetching the certified copy of

judgment dated 11.11.2024 for the reasons best known

to it and instead is seeking dispensation for filing of the

certified copy of judgment dated 11.11.2024 through the

medium of CM No. 2764/2025.

05. There is no reason for this court to extend dispensation

of filing certified copy of the judgment dated 11.11.2024

as solicited by the petitioner, as such, let petitioner

procure certified copy of the judgment dated 11.11.2024

to be placed on the record of this contempt petition by or

before the next date of hearing.

06. List on 26.05.2025.
