Petitioners are seeking initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the interim order dated 19th February, 2024, passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 299/2024.

During the pendency of the contempt petition, the writ petition has been finally disposed of vide order and judgment dated 01.01.2025.

In that view of the matter, this petition has been rendered infructuous and same is, accordingly, dismissed.
