1. In the fresh compliance report filed by the respondent, it is stated that vide communication dated 21.10.2024, he has requested the Administrative Department to issue necessary instructions/directions in this contempt petition.

2. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to hold a meeting with the head of the Administrative Department and file fresh compliance report strictly in accordance with the judgment by or before the next date of hearing, failing which, the respondent shall remain before the Court on the next date of hearing.

3. List on 01.03.2025.

4. Copy of this order be sent to the head of the Administrative Department, particulars of which shall be provided by the petitioners.
