1. The writ petition was disposed of on the joint submission made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties that the case of the petitioners
was squarely covered by the judgment dated 30.07.2009 passed by the
Division Bench in LPASW No. 49/2008, whereas in the order annexed
with the compliance report, it is stated that the case of the petitioners is
not similar.
2. In view of the above, the respondents shall demonstrate before the Court
as to how the case of the petitioners was not covered by the judgment
passed by the Division Bench as mentioned above.
