1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the LPA stands dismissed
whereas Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG submits that the Department
has preferred SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
2. In view of the above, the respondents shall either produce the order of the
Hon'ble Supreme Court staying the operation of the judgment which is
the subject matter of the contempt petition or deposit the amount with the
Registry, failing which, the Commissioner Secretary to Government,
Power Development Department, Jammu shall remain present before the
Court on the next date of hearing.
