Mr. Amit Gupta, learned AAG appearing for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 submits that he has produced a communication dated 08.08.2024 addressed to Director Youth Services and Sports Department Civil Secretariat, Jammu and in terms of the said communication, the Director concerned has been informed with regard to the recommendations made to the Indenting department.

In view of the above, respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall comply with the judgment not only of this Court but also the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP filed by UT of J&K within two weeks.

Needful be done by the next date of hearing, failing which, respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing for further proceedings.
