1. Vide judgment dated 06.04.2021, a bunch of review petitions bearing RP

No. 3/2021, RP No. 5/2021, RP No. 6/2021, RP No. 12/2021, RP No.

13/2021, RP No. 14/2021, RP No. 16/2021, RP No. 17/2021, RP No.

52/2021, RP No. 53/2021, RP No. 54/2021, RP No. 55/2021, RP No.

58/2021, RP No. 59/2021, RP No. 62/2021, RP No. 63/2021, RP No.

72/2021 and WP(C) No. 538/2021 were dismissed by this Court. It

appears that inadvertently, the Registry had not listed these two petitions

i.e. RP No. 49/2021 and RP No. 51/2021 along with aforesaid bunch of

review petitions, even though identical issues were involved in these two

&

petitions as well. It is in these circumstances that these petitions have been

listed before us today.

2. Having regard to the fact that issues involved in these two review

petitions have already been decided by this Court in terms of judgment

dated 06.04.2021 passed in RP No. 3/2021 and the connected petitions,

the present review petitions are also disposed of in terms of the same

judgment.
