Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and a copy of the said judgment has been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents and also placed on record.

Mr. Jegangir Dar, learned GA appearing for respondents 2 and 3 seeks some time to examine the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and to assist the court whether the said judgment is applicable to the case of the petitioners or not.

Keeping in view urgency expressed by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the needful be done within ten days positively.
