01. This is an application filed by the Applicant/ Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the main Contempt Petition bearing CCP (D) No. 23/2022, on the ground that the Non-Applicant/ Respondent has assured the compliance of the Judgment, sought to be complied.
02. The application, for the reasons stated therein, is allowed and CCP (D) No. 23/2022 is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to the Applicant/ Petitioner to approach this Court again in case the Judgment still remains unimplemented.
03. CM No. 6310/2024 shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
