05.02.2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Vide a judgment/order dated 05.12.2023, this court came to dispose of the petitioner's writ petition WP ( C ) No.2346/2022 when this court was invited by the consensus of the counsel for both sides that the disposal of the writ petition may follow the foot print of judgment dated 16.11.2022 passed in writ petition WP ( C ) No.1274/2020 by the Division Bench.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disposal of the petitioner's writ petition WP ( C ) No.2346/2022 as done is based on mistake of fact and law which warrants review.
Issue notice.
Petitioner to furnish the registered postal covers for the service of the respondents before 15th February,2024, whereupon the Registrar Judicial Jammu to issue notices.
