Action taken report has been filed by the respondent No.1 in which it is stated that vide Communication dated 09.01.2024 had again requested the Chief Engineer PWD(R&B), Jammu and now Chief Engineer PWD(R&B) Chenab Zone Batote vide communication dated 15.01.2024 for furnishing of indent afresh for further course of action, so as to implement the judgment dated 19.05.2022 passed by this Court.

The Chief Engineer PWD(R&B) Chenab Zone Batote is directed to file fresh status report with regard to the aforesaid Communication issued by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue Doda/respondent No. 1 on or before the next date of hearing positively.
